ReadyToWork® prides itself on being student-focused and principal-driven.  Principals possess a unique understanding of the specific needs of the population they serve, as well as of the regulations and requirements that govern their institution.  This knowledge places principals in the best position to drive programming for their students.  We partner with principals and other designated campus administrators to customize programming and delivery of our services in a manner that ensures student success.

COMMUNICATION:  Each month, we send a Monthly Campus Progress Report to principals and designated campus staff detailing and highlighting the activity on the campus for that month.  The monthly report provides campus administration with an opportunity to review the month’s activities and offer suggestions or guidance to effectively maximize student outcomes on the campus.

SURVEYS:  Customer satisfaction is a value we hold high.  We maintain an open door policy and encourage principals to share their experience with our programming and service delivery. We also survey principals regularly to ensure that we are made aware of any questions or concerns in a timely manner.  Survey feedback provides us with an opportunity to address these questions or concerns and adjust our programming and services accordingly.
